Giving standard respond without addressing the issue we highlighted

We informed you that we are not able to retrieve the tickets we bought for pink. When we click your Sign In / Register button, nothing happens. Nothing pops up for us to key in our userid and password. Your reply looks like a standard reply that did not address the problem we are highlighting to you.

No Tickets that have been paid for. Cant talk to anyone

My issue is not resolved. It is so hard to get in touch with Ticketmaster, they took money out of my card over 12 months ago (4x Tickets $600 each) for Pink tickets & still haven't received our tickets. Concert is in 11 days at Optus Stadium, Not Happy at all, if we dont received satisfaction I will be disputing this transaction. shame on you Ticketmaster.
