Ticketmaster very helpful

Ticketmaster have been very helpful. Everything was easily explained in their emails and the option to call was given. Their customer service were polite and easy to deal with.

Unclear 'reseller' tickets that don't qualify for refunds

We bought tickets to Missy Higgins 13 April show in Sydney, it was postponed til August due to Missy being sick, we only found out 48 hours before. Most of our group were travelling interstate and internationally. We asked for a refund, as was outlined by missy to do. Ticketmaster then informs us our tickets were sold through their platform by a ticket reseller, so we can't get a refund. This wasn't clear at the time of purchase and we didn't even have an account for the reseller site. How can you hold on to people's money in a cost of living crisis when the 'reseller' status wasn't clear nor articulated at the time of purchase. Tried to reach out to them through multiple methods incl. Comments on their Instagram page, they've not responded and deleted the comments. Super disappointed.

Ticketmater does not allow venues to print ticket

I bought 4 tickets to the Rameses & Gold of the Pharaohs in Sydney with audio tours. I transferred 3 of them to family members accompanying me. However, one member did not receive his ticket to claim. The ticket could not be re-transferred. The ticket could not be printed at the venue as Ticketmaster does not allow this functionality. Eventually the venue had to let him in without scanning. I understand why the security is so tight but the process is not fit for purpose (e.g. allow venues to print ticket at the venue with proof of purchase, when the tech does not work). There was another family behind me with the exact same issue. This is the worst ticketing process I've experienced.

Worst outlet to get AFL tickets

Worst outlet to get AFL tickets, but the worst thing is now that you can't screenshot your tickets, you have to email them to the people that are using them, so those HAVE to download the app, sign in as a member then they can use the ticket, smart business model, they say it's for security reasons, Bullcrap, what a joke.

Attempts to purchase tickets to chris stapleton,access denied,ticket log in wouldnt accept my password,reset password.High pricings for tickets,service cannot contact direct phone number or email very frustrating not organised for sucjh a big event for Brisbane people look at the complaints on facebook about wait periods.
