not happy ticket master

not happy. bad service. ordered ticket but not able to print even after 45 minutes. 'Bad Request' message appeared on print screen. called customer service. they are closed for the day. not sure what to do. even one star not appropriate.

Useless and frustrating

I have an urgent issue transferring regarding AFL tickets. I spent a lot of time trying different solutions and googling the problem to no success, so I tried to contact Ticketmaster. I sent screen shots of the error messages and a detailed explanation of what was going wrong and what I had tried. I told them it was an urgen issue. Two days later I was sent a copy and paste instruction guide which was unhelpful and did not address my issue. The person (bot?) read the first line of the communication and clearly didn't read the rest. And there is no way to contact them otherwise, even to make a complaint. That the AFL is using these guys is a joke.

He was friendly,amazing, clear communication, the ease of my enquiry was second to none and he followed up - now people don't usually do this but he went Above and beyond . Very polite too

Issue not resolved

Issue not resolved. Have communicated again to hopefully get the message through and have a resolution this time.Note: Why is Ticketmaster so hard to deal with? No phone number to call to resolve quick issues, the online help service just drives you around in circles until you've had enough and give up. Really makes me think why I would want to buy tickets again if Ticketmaster are the seller.

Hopeless

HopelessSpent 90 mins TRYING tro buy tickets for Tina Turner show and after kumping through all the hoops and registering they STILL wouldnt take the money even got my neighbor to use his card and it still wouldnt take the fee ! how can anyone run a business that not only puts barriers in your way but then amazingly wont take the money ??? we even rang them and they wont even take the money over the phone !!! can you believe that ? Beyond useless................

Ticketmaster is absolute rubbish !

Ticketmaster is absolute rubbish !No answer to continuous phone calls…. after 5 rings it disconnects Trying to purchase accessible tickets Great way to treat people with a Disability I’ll be making a complaint but will probably have to stand in line
