Supreme ticket exchange experience.

Made a request for seat exchange after seeing drastic fall of prices. Ended up sitting in a WAY BETTER seat and getting full refund for the exceeded price. Not to mention the lightning-fast e-mail response from the help center.

Great service from Ticketmaster staff

The staff member who replied to my request was helpful, thorough and addressed my problem directly. They understood my issue and offered a practical solution. In contrast, the automated reply which I first received was not helpful at all, but I was very happy with the subsequent support afterwards and glad that I sought out further assistance.
