My Friend Lynne, was unable to attend & Juliet on Wednesday with myself and another due to several family medical issues. Gerald was professional, yet friendly. He was efficient and did not rush the conversation. He was happy to check other dates in August for the price paid for seats mistakenly booked for October. I am very pleased to have this issue rectified in a very pleasant manner. A wonderful experience.
Very good service. I have booked ticket in the wrong area which the website allowed and had to be reallocated seats when arriving at the venue. I contacted customer support the day after and promptly received a refund, really satisfied with the service, well done and thank you!
