Very good service

Very good service. I have booked ticket in the wrong area which the website allowed and had to be reallocated seats when arriving at the venue. I contacted customer support the day after and promptly received a refund, really satisfied with the service, well done and thank you!

My issue was resolved and I’m grateful. I just wish it hadn’t taken so long on the morning of the event. Your staff did a great job on a pretty timely basis, but the uncertainty has made my day pretty crappy.
