I requested assistance to change dates of tickets already booked due to an unexpected mandatory commitment that arose. Julia, our service assistant went above and beyond to help with this enquiry. She was able to replace our tickets with the exact amendment details we were hoping for. Julia is an asset to your service team! We couldn't have asked for better service.

Tickets should not be restricted to mobile devices

I have an account with TicketMaster but the tickets on this occasion was a gift which meant having to Transfer from our son who purchased the tickets to my account. The need to have the tickets on a mobile device is just wrong and makes the process of gifting or even printing the tickets totally unnecessarily difficult.Please reinstate the PDF option as a routine rather than an exception. I know it is about marketing etc.
