Absolutely delighted! Last night, my wife said she wanted to go to Wicked on her birthday as a spur of the moment thing, so I purchased 2 tickets. The seats were only OK as it was at short notice. By pure luck at 5:30pm today, I decided to check the seat map and there were some much better seats closer to the stage and in the centre. I used the online Ticketmaster form to request a seat change, not expecting to get a response before the show tomorrow - but thought I'd try my luck. To my surprise and delight, Jessalyn from Ticketmaster Fan Support responded within 10 minutes and we now have the much better seats which I'll surprise my wife with tomorrow! The new tickets are already in my Ticketmaster app!Thank you Jessalyn and Ticketmaster for helping me secure some bonus brownie points :)
Thank you so much! So simple, no issues, great stuff. If only other places had customer service as good as yours! Thank you again!I am stoked I was able to change my ticket, to one at same cost, but better spot, without a fee or anything. All sorted within a day, from one email. Cheers!
It is impossible to get accessible seating tickets from ticketmaster. I am a wheelchair user and need a wheelchair accessible space. Standard seating can be selected on the website but they do not allow you to select accessible tickets, this is discrimination. Ticketmaster has a phone number for accessible tickets but it is never answered and rings off after 6 rings. I have called more than 40 times today and no answer. In the past I have never been able to get through to this number. In the past the 72 hour helpline have been able to book tickets for me but today I was told it is not possible, that is a lie. Why is it so difficult for people to get accessible seating tickets? Come on ticketmaster, you must do better and make it easy to get accessible tickets.Additional information:After 3 hours and 55 phone calls I finally got through and got a wheelchair ticket. It should not be this difficult. Standard seats are shown on the website, why not the same with accessible seats.
I find the process of booking tickets via ticketmaster unnecessarily confusing and frustrating. Misleading too, because I was not notified of the extra fee until after I had committed to the process. No wonder everyone is so stressed these days, trying to navigate this stuff.
