I accidentally booked tickets to a musical for the incorrect date. I lodged a change request on Christmas Eve via the Ticketmaster online portal. I was very pleasantly surprised to receive an email from Bosch D on Boxing Day confirming my tickets have been exchanged to the new date. I received the new tickets via email within half an hour. Bosch D was very polite in their email interactions and I was very pleased with the promptness of their service.
The customer service representative Marie-Claire was very helpful and accommodating when I requested an exchange on theatre tickets. She was able to swap our tickets from Saturday afternoon to Sunday afternoon on the same weekend. It was very greatly appreciated. Thank you
Hi I asked for 26th December 2023 @ 11:30 am or sometime around 11am-12pm is a good time if 11:30 am is unavailable Please, not 26th January 2024, I am travelling on 2 January 2024Also, please update both my VR tickets aswell as my Ramses tickets so that’s 4 tickets in total to update for two people
