Sorted my AO tennis tickets

Aubrey assisted with my purchase of tennis tickets efficiently & quickly. I was unable to proceed online the previous day as blocked as a "bot". Also unable to get through via phone to ticketmaster yesterday as they were inundated with calls but very happy to speak with a friendly customer service lady to secure some tickets.
