Customer service from Diana regarding my querie very good response, thank you. My comment still stands tho, the website is quite difficult to manage if you are not super quick with your selection. It is confusing to us older ones, the time out is too quick, not enough time to consider your selection, getting there, confirming all the security questions, then you have lost your selection and have to start again. It took me 4 goes to get there and still could not access concession seats for aged pension discount, even tho I clicked that box. Even to find the contact us was difficult....thanks Diana

I needed to change my password due to securtiy protocol

Update - Support staff Priya phoned me direct and solved the problem. It was concerning 2 part verification which was a problem as there wasnt a phone number connected to my account. Thank you Priya (5 stars for her)!!! Until her call/intervention - I would've rated my experience less than 1star. She saved the situation!I needed to change my password due to the TM security protocol. However, I have been unable to. The codes come through too late for the system which rejects them saying they have lapsed. The link sent through by the support doesn't work and I get a Please try again later message. I have been told to use another email - I don't know what that would achieve other than creating a new account. All this means that despite trying for the last 2 days, I am unable to book the show I wanted to see this coming weekend.
