Review Time
My original (mailed) tickets were apparently despatched some time ago, but are still yet to arrive. However, by email, I received excellent service from Bianca Lovely Jhean, and then Giancarlo B, who were able to arrange Print-At-Home tickets to be emailed to me, as replacement for the mailed tickets. Their response was very prompt, appreciated, and the E-Tickets have successfully arrived. Very good service from Bianca Lovely Jhean, and Giancarlo B.
Your representative was very helpfull and explained the status of my account in great detail. It is a pity I didn't realise when Ordering my tickets I was not going to get a lanyard and hard copy or Mobile Phone option of my tickets. Hopefully next year will be better.
