I can’t access the email account the tickets are linked to and they are NOT in my Ticketmaster Ap or online account and I need them today I’m am at the venue and Ticketmaster has no customer service number. Very very unhelpful and is spoiling a 6 yr olds birthday present.

The team were so courteous, outstanding service

The team were so helpful and willing to support me with what was my error in purchasing tickets for the wrong week/day. I cannot speak highly enough of the professional and courteous service I received. I am so very impressed. In a world where customer service is becoming obsolete this was a welcome and happy find!
