Am a new companion card holder and when booking the ticket it didn’t pop into my mind to buy 1 general admission ticket & 1 companion card ticket. The prompt service I received to change it over was outstanding & refund also received promptly after email response.
What a great lady I spoke to today, very helpful and sympathetic to the drama that covid is playing in our lives today. She was more than happy to help me, waited to receive the email to confirm the positive test result and more that happy to exchange my tickets
Aubrey helped me navigate the complexities of moving access to Mary Poppins at Crown Perth on Thu 19th Oct, due to me being scheduled for an operation on the Fri 20th Oct. Bought tickets on Presale and made mistake with one Consession ticket that was suppose to be a normal Adult Ticket. Notified the Ticketmaster team on 3 Oct and was told that they can only assist me with this change on 12 Oct when general sales open. Was charged on the higher ticket price today because Ticketmaster team delayed the process. Not fair at all and could have been avoided.
The Ticketmaster site would not allow me to book 3 seats at once if I chose my own seats. I found 3 seats together. I decided to book one at a time. Success with the first, but the site would not allow the second purchase, saying I could not leave a single seat (I wanted to buy that seat).One telephone number at 4.10PM told me to call during hours 9-5!The number 03 8687 4186 did answer & Fatima was able to buy the tickets for me.
My experience was great because I actually got to speak to a real person. I've had issues booking online with a Visa gift card so tried to contact the gift card supplier but could only get lost in the midst of their online "help" page. Then I did have trouble finding a direct phone number for Ticketmaster so finally rang the Capitol Theatre who put me straight through. The customer service person I spoke to, Aubrey, was very helpful even calling me back when I somehow cut her off!! If there is more of a chance and an easy way to speak to a real person, for me that's a plus.
