I contacted Ticketmaster via fb today re purchasing some tickets as I was having trouble getting through by phone. I had a very quick response and given a solution on how to purchase my tickets by submitting a request.My request was dealt with very quickly and efficiently. I had no sooner submitted my request and Michael from Ticketmaster called me.I'm very impressed with Ticketmaster's service considering ticket sales for the AFL finals were on sale and phones were inundated. Thank you Michael from Ticketmaster. Your assistance was very much appreciated and it meant we didn't miss out on the seats we were wanting for Chicago in Perth.
NO ACCESS CODE SENTWas congratulated that i was successful in a pre-sale registration for F1 tickets and promised an access code at 9am AEST on 28/08/2023. When the access code was not forthcoming i checked emails, junk, everything. Nothing had been received. i emailed customer support and got a generic response, one that you would send without reading my email. Still havent fixed my issues. Customer support is hopeless.EDIT: found the access code sent to another number (which wasn't registered in my account - weird) - customer support never responded or offered a solution or resent the code even though i sent 3 emails in 2 hours asking for assistance. they just gave up.
