Excellent Customer Service

I needed to change a date on a show ticket due to unforeseen circumstances, the process although all done online via emails was seamless and I cannot fault the help I received in doing so.

Hate Ticketmaster

Ever since they force people to buy digital tickets, events have been ruined for me and I can no longer purchase tickets as I don't carry digital devices.I liked the old days of a event, where you could buy a ticket on the day of the event.As long as ticketmaster remains here, I will no longer attend events unless you can buy physical tickets on the day again.Also your reply is pathetic, my name isn't Marion, it's Marlon.

Appreciate the thoroughness of effort

The team kept me updated in a timely manner with all the information I required.Additionally when I missed an opportunity to exchange the date of my ticket and requested details on a refund instead, the team still checked to first confirm a ticket wasn’t available before just processing my refund. Due to this they found a ticket had become available and were able to exchange my dates. So instead of missing out or going alone on the wrong date, I’m now going with my friends on the right date.I really appreciate all the effort that went into this.Kind regards, Matt Vitoli

Delighted by the support that I've just received from Katrina (Ticketmaster Fan Support) who, in my opinion, took time to understand my issue and support me in working through it going above and beyond in doing so.A last-minute change in personal circumstances meant I could not attend a show in Perth. Katrina took time to understand the situation and provide me with an exchange option as I had requested. Furthermore, on realising that in my haste I had given incorrect information, Katrina again took time to understand and help rectify my own error.I can go no more for Katrina than offer a 5-star review.
