I struggle often with automated selections because if a neck injury I’m unable to turn my head one way so can only comfortably sit on one side of the stadium without straining and getting migraines too.I was so grateful for the understanding on how restricting my injuries are even though I don’t have a wheelchair injury.I’m beyond grateful for the assistance I received to also consider my daughter need for seating at the lowest level available due to fear of heights too.My family were otherwise going to miss out as I had rejected the selections on wrong side of the stadium and I felt terrible, 3 very happy fans are now able to attend, thank you!
I have had to ring your number over 100 times, maybe it would be easier to leave my number for when they can ring me back. The lady I eventually spoke to was very helpful for which I am grateful. As it stands now it is very difficult for the elderly. Thank you.
