Booking the tickets on-line is easy. When we got to the theatre I asked if they had a way to listen to the audio via my hearing aids, the usher went to check and there were plenty of seats in the “assisted hearing area” and we were promptly moved there. In future I will call the theatre to book the tickets for this dedicated hearing area.
The seats we had were not listed as limited view but many parts of the show we could not see. My 10 year old and my mother, couldnt see any of the parts where the beast was on his "platform" which are some fairly major parts of the show. This is our only "complaint".

I had been looking for the past 6 weeks So had to make the hard choice to re list my ticket on Ticket Master to sell It was sold quickly much thanks to your website , but am totally upset that I couldn’t see this K pop group that I had waited so long to see
