I purchased my ticket through Tixel

I purchased my ticket through Tixel. The process was easy to buy but not so easy to access ticket and add to my Wallet. I had to do several emails before I got the exact how to do it information. Also, it would be good to get alerts when ticket become available instead of having to constantly check to see if there are any tickets for the event I am interested in. Tixel is a good platform but needs work to make it great.

So Easy!

Ease of booking and downloading tickets to wallet. Plenty of reminders for us busy people so we could make sure we were ready (hotels and leave booked!)Was a most excellent gig, great venue. I will continue to book via ticketmaster.

Very difficult to apply for and receive a refund …

We had a death in the family and could not make the performance.. the whole process of getting a refund ( I bought extra ticket protection) is very difficult, there is no one to speak to , a death certificate is required within 45 days , something we have no control over when the death certificate will be available, it’s not a quick process .. you have made a difficult time even more stressful.. I can not write anything good about this companies processes

Appalling online experience

Appalling online experience. Endless cycling between the same few screens trying to log in, never mind trying to buy tickets. The app has been useless for well over 12 months now. Extraordinarily bad software for such a big, monopolising company
