Great venue. Transport arrangements well organised.Unfortunately the seating was appalling. We booked 2 Gold tickets to elevate our experience. However, we were seated either side of the aisle, not together. This was not shown on the seating plan when booking. The couples seated in the 2 rows behind us had exactly the same issue.We paid good money to have good seats but that was not the case. We ended up standing at the back of the entire concert area so we could enjoy the show together.
Despite the result, the whole event was very enjoyable. Well organised except that there were not enough food outlets, especially coffee venues. The queues were very long and interfered with time that could have been better spent watching the games. Thank you.
We contacted Ticketmaster for a refund after driving around for an hour and 10 minutes unable to get a car park for the show. We ended up missing the show and were unable to attend. There was no parking that could be secured and it was held at the same time as a market. We wasted $240.00 to go to a show we didn’t even get to go to. And the email responses from Ticketmaster (Martha B) were not helpful and rude. We were not offered a refund and essentially told too bad. Do better Ticketmaster. Never been so upset with a company before, absolutely disgraceful!
