Being able to get on board with Ticketmaster including moving my Ticketmaster app and tickets for the concert to the Google Wallet on a newer Android phone. Even at the door, I was able to get in with the QR code that the ticket attendant scanned with their terminal.Personally, I would like to see the event schedule for any event I book with Ticketmaster visible in the app. For concerts like the Billy Ocean concert, I would like to see the time the doors open, the time of the supporting act and the time of the main act. This is to avoid having to search for the venue's Website and look up the timetable for the event at that Website.The concert was a really fabulous time where we even joined in with Billy Ocean when he sang those classic evergreen numbers of his.
Loved the massed choir concert. It was wonderful to watch and listen to the children sing.For me the down side was when I asked a helper if there was an easier way without stairs I was told no.I have trouble with my hips and need a rail or some help to navigate them. Our seats were 3 steps up from ground level on the the first rise mid centre to the stage and we had to enter upstairs at door 1 on the top level of the centre and then down all of steep stairs to the ground floor.The steps were very dangerous as there was no hand rail. When we left we walked out on ground level with no steps. It would have been very helpful if the person I asked knew a bit more and mentioned there was an easier entry. I have never been to the stadium before and had no idea of seating layout.
Bought tickets for family and network glitch left us unable to download digital last minute...box office was very helpful in getting tickets at theatre just in time for show. Everyone had an amazing and memorable evening.
The WAFL final was great, looking for ticket types, prices, seating maps etc; all good. We can even accept the transaction fee which should be on a cheaper per ticket basis not an expensive per transaction. Just would like the option of print at home tickets, my spouse and I went through considerable pain setting up the app and wallet. We are not digital people, we use phones as phones and our computer skills are extremely basic.
