Are we getting ripped off for events

The tickets seem to get more expensive every event. It makes it virtually unaffordable when you add the costs of transport and refreshments for a family.I understand that costs are increasing for services but with nearly 54000 attendees surely they can cut some profit to give cheaper ticket options

Tricky to navigate in app

I couldn’t print tickets and I couldn’t recall tickets when my daughter had tried to accept but had forgotten her Ticketmaster login details.perhaps it was user error but I didn’t find the system easy to navigate.

I was so sick

I was so sick, reached out to Ticketmaster with proof yet they denied me a refund and I had to attend the event. Really disappointed because it was not a cold.
