No trouble booking but had trouble retrieving the tickets in the app. It went into a continual sign in loop. Tried to restart the app and the phone several times but this didn't work. Had to sign in through the internet to get the tickets.

STUPENDOUS

One word - STUPENDOUS! This is indeed a not to be missed, musical event. From the acting, songs, dancing, stage settings & lighting everything positively contributed to an exciting and wonderful production. I feel I've now actually met Michael Jackson! The talent of all the performers is top notch and I'd gladly return to see this show a second time. Just wish there was audience space to get up and dance!

The seats were comfy and ambience nice in the theatre Then the main reason Ivan Aristeguieta was so Funny. I had a really fun time and laughed so much. I hope he comes back many more times in the future.

Best Concert

Efficient customer interface

Good email f/up and reminders re tickets/phone wallet storage and downloading new App. Admission processed efficiently security also seemed efficient. Great venue.
