The reminder notification

The reminder notification, was very helpful. Also it was so easy to enter and find our seats.

Loved the show,the tickets were emailed and that made it easy to have them on my phone.I did find the map of the seats a little difficult when I was booking the seats, but overall a very enjoyable show.

Your support services was brilliant

I had trouble with printing my tickets at home but I contact your support service and they sort it out by re issued my ticket. Ps the show was one of the best musical I've ever seen 😍

I couldn't log into the Ticketmaster…

I couldn't log into the Ticketmaster app to retrieve my tickets when at the venue for the show. Fortunately I was able to get the ticket from the venue.
