Review Time
Bought the domino stack train for a Christmas gift which arrived in a damaged box. The website returns policy states that damaged products will be replaced free of charge if notified within 2 days. This is not true. I notified them within 2 day including a photo. A discount of 15% was offered. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Absolutely terrible bought 3 different things first came in a plain brown box no instructions. The other 2 was supposed to be clip together they don't arrived in just a plain plastic bag very disappointed should be closed down. Nothing like the reviews I read before ordering
Well so far my order hasn’t arrived yet which is disappointing but by reading the reviews on here I wish I had read them first before I ordered mine they are very poor all businesses strive to have excellent reviews I know we have in our business but it’s putting the work in obviously this company don’t put customer service as there main priority
They are a fraudulent companyWho got blocked by my bank for testing my account with a £1 charge.Apparently not only do you recieve rubbish items when your payment goes through you have some how set up a subscription and they will drip feed money out of your account without out you noticing. Every month thousands are s ammed and Facebook has these all over their feed.
