I ordered a Montesorri building set for my grandson. When it arrived, the box was badly damaged. When I checked the contents, not only was the product damaged but the assembly instructions was in Russian! I emailed the company telling them what I had received. They asked me to send photos, which I have done. I have asked for a refund and a prepaid returns label so that I can return the damaged goods. Watch this space.I have been in contact with their customer services. They told me that they have contacted the team that deals with refunds. They also said that as a gesture of good will, I can keep the faulty goods after I offered to return it if they sent me a prepaid returns label. As the assembly instructions are in Russian for this toy, I won't even be able to give it to a local charity where I live. Fingers crossed that I receive a refund. I will update this review if/when I do.21st November update.I can now report that I have had a refund from Tiny Dreams. However, I would not order anything from them again.

If I could give no stars I would. Products took a long time to arrive and when they did they were in a state. Products weren’t damaged but packaging looked as though it had been trodden on to the point I can’t gift them as planned. Customer services said they’d issue a replacement after a lot of back and forth, but then changed their mind and said they wouldn’t. I have now been offered a 30% refund which I am not happy about but I can’t waste any more time communicating with this awful company. AVOID

Absolutely terrible product that has evidently come from China. The product itself is honestly laughable, straight in the bin. Gutted I didn't read the reviews first. Definitely feel as though I have been “had”, it's a total scam. Additionally, the products arrived and looked like they’d been run over by a tractor. Do not buy from this company, they are stealing a living!
Emails ignored.I ordered 4 days ago but want this order cancelled and refunded. Twice I have emailed and screenshot showing it has not shipped, but no answer from this company, what terrible customer service. I will be extremely angry if I am ignored and this order, that I no longer require, is shipped. Watch this space... ..UPDATE: received an email today saying my order has been cancelled and refund has been processed. Will check my bank next week, but am happy I will not receive goods I no longer require. Good outcome.
