Review Time
I ended up not placing an order with this company but felt the need to review them based upon my online user experience of them. I first grew suspicious when I saw their advert for a toy on social media and I knew 100% that my granddaughter would love it for Christmas. So, I clicked off social media and went onto Google and found the company. Problem was that every toy I clicked on had its half price sale finishing today, hence pressurising me to feel the need to buy it quickly. Now I don't operate under pressure like that 😆. I then checked the company out on Trust Pilot and thank goodness I did. Seeing the very grim reviews about them made me change my mind about the purchase. Plus they automatically respond on Trust Pilot with exactly (or near exact) the same wording to every bad review by telling the customer to contact them 🙄 Truts Pilot and users - you are amazing!
I ordered the light up dinosaurs and the offer was buy 2 get 2 free for £9.90I got my order but there were only 2 in the package.I emailed to ask for the other 2 to be sent out and took photos of the package - was too small to fit another 2 in.They are very sturdy and very well made and my Grandson will love them for bathtime.
Ordered a toy and felt book, goods received only in a plastic bag hence items very tatty. I contacted the seller and I was notified I could return the items at my own cost or keep them with a 30% refund. After further communication, confirming the cost to return items to China would be £27 I was forced against my will to receive the 30% refund.I am extremely disappointed and would advise anyone not to purchase anything from Tiny Dreams.
Do not buy off this company !!! I wish I’d read the reviews beforehand. They are not a British company they are from China. When it arrived the box was bashed .the product itself I could have bought for a pound .?it’s cheap rubbish . They offer you a small refund , they don’t offer return labels or anything like that so it would cost probably more to send back ! They even email after offering a small refund to hopefully work with you again ! I don’t usually like to write bad reviews but I’m hoping people read this and don’t waste their hard earned much on such cheap items
I completely agree with all the reviews here and so wish I had read them in advance of ordering !!The items just cannot be the ones photographed !!! Just madness .After approx 2 weeks of to and fro emails I was awarded a 75% refund and had reported this to my credit card. Shocking shocking goods !!! Beware ...
