Scammers. they posted on their website that I can cancel my order on the same day yet the went ahead shipping the order. Items are tiny compared to the pictures. When I asked for a return since they didnt cancel my order and still sent it, they gave me an address in China to ship the items back. They only list Austria on their website. Stay way!
Ordered the colourful stacking animals from this site as a gift for my niece. The item arrived in a damaged box. It was delivered in a plastic bag with no protection and looked like it had been kicked round the floor. I contacted customer service who refused to send out a replacement. Heads up if you are looking to purchase from this website, the company is based in China and have no understanding of Customer Service.
Absolutely awful products, poor quality Chinese tat- £100 worth of goods worth £20 if that, please don't not buy anything from this company- false advertising, basically stealing money- as other customers have said it's embarrassing to pass to anyone as a gift- why gave trading standards allowed this to continue
We bought the dino toy. Unfortunately the toy is not as described the size does not match the description on the site and is very poor quality. Also the toy was damaged in transit. It came in a cardboard box only with Chinese writing. No CE NUMBER on the toy or box. This site is obviously not a UK company. We have several emails from them offering 50% off then 30% then 10% if we want to keep it in reply to our complaint. They require us to pay for return to china. This toy is not as described and faulty so a full refund should be processed. We are still waiting for a refund! In reply to your response Tiny dreams Uk I have been in touch several times with your customer service and still no refund!
Bought a road puzzle through a 3rd party but wanted to buy a replacement car. Contacted the customer service who kept asking the same daft questions, despite showing them the product the purchase order etc, same daft questions again and again explained that I was happy to buy the replacement car I just don’t think they were interested. Unfortunately the road puzzle is useless without the car terrible customer service
