Gingerbread house with candy cane putter Absolutely awful product .picture does not reflect reality candy cane looks like a hanging decoration for a tree as it has a hanging hook on it .Broke on the first use .Not the size as on the picture. Avoid buying only fit for the bin ..
Very disappointed with quality of product and not even the item that was pictured on the website ! Made in China and extremely poor quality. Took ages to arrive and when we complained about receiving the wrong item customer service just gave us an address in China to return to (at our cost) or we could take a 30% refund - you are led to believe from the website that you are dealing with a European Product and a UK company - very misleading and quite deceitful - surprised they are still being allowed to trade particularly as the item didn’t have any safety standard markings. Needless to say would never use them again - and I will always check trustpilot before using any new companies in the future.
Terrible company, comes from China in a plastic bag. Obviously damaged , company refuse to refund postage and cost of returning items to China by recorded delivery.Offer only to refund 30% of item costs, which when goods are damaged is not acceptable. Not complying to U.K. trade guidelines Following reply from company , no other option than to accept damaged goods or return to China at my expense! Not at all ok. I haven’t opened the package yet but I guess the contents could be smashed too, better look
I received my order today and was going to give them as a Christmas present when arrived it was just a plastic bag no box and didn’t look as good as picture, I wish I had read the reviews before buying from this company. I definitely would not recommend to buy from them
I recently bought a little snuggle suit from Tiny Dreams. It arrived very well packaged and on time for the baby shower I was going to. It’s very well priced and excellent value for money. The only area of dissatisfaction was the time it took to reach me… seemed forever. It would be a great advantage if Tiny Dreams could speed up delivery because they are offering quality goods at an affordable price.
I really can’t understand the negative reviews. I can only speak from my personal experience. I had no problems at all. Ordering was easy, I checked out the site was a genuine one first. Payment was easy and I was kept up to date on the delivery. When the item arrived it was exactly as described.
No stars from me. Item.arrived in a very tatty "bashed up" box with random stickers. This would.have been a gift and there is no way I could give it. The.company obviously dont know or care at all about the quality of their goods. They offered a discount om another item - which of course was no good to me. Item can onky be mailed.back to China - Of.course I now realise the bad mistake I made buying from this company. What a rip.off.
