Review Time
Order took over 20days to arrive, once arrived the courier service Relay delivered the parcel but left it outside the building on a busy main road. Nevertheless the package has been stolen and TIny Dreams have responded back telling me to take it up with the courier service, RELAY. Having said, i believe the is decieveing and no to mention the lack of professionalism from Tiny Dreams is unbelievable. I dont bet on recieving any refunds based on majority of other reviews i saw but this is to make all you aware of the this procedure so it wont be a surprise.
well i ordered from Tiny dreams some new toys for my grandaughter who i am going to visit in south africa next week and thought it was a UK company as it had a uk email . I ordered on 2nd November plenty of time and it still has not arrived . I contacted their customer service team to find these products were coming from China. Unfortunately they seem to be stuck somewhere in transit probably coming by ship!! as the tracking shoes no progress since 13th November . I asked for a refund and was refused as the product had been sent and I woud have to wait for it to arrive and then send it back, which will probably cost me more than I spent !! I would never order from them again or ouder anything from China
The items took a long time to arrive . Poor quality and not good enough to gift . 2 addresses given to return , one in China ,when clearly the website says UK !!!! No return label given snd return cost down to me ! Post office have advised £47 to return by DPD is the cheapest and the items didn’t even cost that much ! Very annoyed and upset !This is a standard email response from the company and when you make contact as advised the issue is still not resolved!!
No stars from me. Item.arrived in a very tatty "bashed up" box with random stickers. This would.have been a gift and there is no way I could give it. The.company obviously dont know or care at all about the quality of their goods. They offered a discount om another item - which of course was no good to me. Item can onky be mailed.back to China - Of.course I now realise the bad mistake I made buying from this company. What a rip.off.
DO NOT ORDER!Ordered the gingerbread golf Christmas toy~ it is tiny! The candy cane "golf club" is the size of my hand! Nothing like what is shown in the picture. The "gingerbread house" is a cheap piece of press out cardboard tat. Paid £12.95~ not even worth £2.95 😡
First of all these items took ages to arrive and when they did it looked like someone had stood on the boxes and they are completely bashed. Wrote to the company but only receive the same email saying it has been delivered. Not interested at all. AVOID at all costs as they are completely rubbish sending their items and keeping in touch with their customers. Save your money and shop elsewhere.
DONT ORDER......Its taken weeks to arrive from China. The box was completely smashed, appearing as though it had been trodden on or run over. The outer packaging was torn, the contents were damaged beyond use, and the overall condition suggests extremely poor handling during delivery. I am very disappointed, as this item was purchased for a special occasion.No reply from customer service.
