They are a scam

They are a scam! The packaging is cheap and marked with stickers saying 'not for resale'. Their returns policy on their website makes it sound so simple, return it to an address in Austria for a refund. But actually you need to return it to China!!

Dreadful company the items sent were…

Dreadful company the items sent were miniature compared to the pictures no proper packaging. Completely misled I would imagine the goods I bought were less than a fiver to make and I was charged forty five pounds. Very disappointing

No goods received

After weeks of waiting I then received a text saying it had been delivered on a day I was in all day and left by the bin that is locked in our garden !!! No it wasn’t delivered at all , contacted them via email they said contact Royal Mail ? It says yodel delivered it on the text beware about ordering from this site no goods no refund 😡

I was looking through my phone and found Tiny Dreams. I found so many nice presents that l could buy my little Grandson. I ordered a few items and was over the moon with them. Very good quality and packed really well very pleased thank you.

Absolutely dreadful company

Absolutely dreadful company. Ordered, what appeared to be two lovely items for my toddler grand daughter, after 6 whole weeks of waiting they arrived. Bad packaging, really awful quality, the sort you would get in cheap markets of the 1970s. Ive just wasted over £30 on two items that look cheap and tatty. Never again please bewareHad a stock response from this company and if you look you will find its the same with every review. People reply to them but don't get refunds or any compensation. Ive just cut my loses and will never use again

Such poor quality poducts

Beware, this company is based im China, returns are difficult and you have to pay for return, tacky company, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANYSuch poor quality poducts, from China. The Domino train looks like it had been used before. The box was tatty with a hole in it and the train had no screw on the battery compartment.I cannot give this to my grandchild.Please do not be taken in by the uk picture.
