Review Time
I ordered an item this morning and tried to cancel it within an hour, emailing the company twice. Now, at the end of the business day, I haven't received any acknowledgment. I refuse to pay return shipping since I provided ample notice to cancel before dispatch. I wish I had read the reviews first. I've contacted my credit card provider to handle this. I'm confident I'll be fine since their cancellation policy allows for changes within 12 hours, and I emailed them multiple times within the hour of ordering. Scammers...
Where do i even start? Stupidly I didn't check the reviews about tiny dreams. I ordered twice within a 4 day period. My first order has completely gone of the radar (my granddaughters xmas present) My second order has actually turned up in a bag containing two items (grandsons xmas present) both boxes crushed, bits to the items loose in the bag. One item is not the exact item I ordered. The other item is not working. Have emailed tiny dreams 4 times plus sent a Facebook message where they tell you to email them. Clearly ignoring my emails! My first order I made, I've tracked and it hasn't had any updates since 30th November. Please do not order from this company and please spend you hard earned money elsewhere. On their fb page they delete and block people for leaving honest bad reviews yet leave up some people's who have left a good review. Or wear people have been tagged. The Facebook page speaks for itself how bad this company is and zero customer service available.
I wrote a review last week about the state the products turned up in, broken open boxes and 2 of the toys missing parts making them useless. 8 emails in, I am still trying to get this resolved. I have sent a very detailed full description several times and very clear photos several times. The company continues to come back asking the same questions that I already answered and have again this morning asked for the photos again despite the fact they have in another email thanked me for sending them. I’m not sure if they are purposely delaying or if the person reading the emails does not understand English or it’s computer generated as they keep asking for information I have very clearly given them. I would strongly suggest avoiding this company. I’m at a loss as to how bad it is. Mistakes happen but it should not be this hard to put it right.I will update here on final resolution.

After waiting weeks for delivery. When they finally arrived the items (light up magic floating balls x 2 and colour sorting activity board). The package looked like it had been run over and the boxes and all items were so squashed and totally damaged. the magic balls are totally unusable and were bought as Christmas gifts so very disappointed and unhappy at having to buy again from Amazon Thank you for responding to my review. I have emailed your customer services with order details. However I have had no response from your customer service team
