Ordered xmas presents for grandchildren and package arrived but due to inferior packaging all the goods were smashed and broken. Contacted tiny dreams and their response was brutal, not their fault and won't replace but offered me a 20% refund on the price. Suggest anybody considering buying from this company THINK AGAIN. Reading the reviews seems to be an acceptable issue that they will always choose to ignore.
I wouldn’t even give this company a 1 star. It took my order almost 3 weeks to arrive, when it did all boxes were damaged, there was no protective packaging, so the gifts look like they were from a jumble sale. The customer service is atrocious. If you want disappointment then order from here!!!Yes I got back in touch with tiny dreams and they sent man email addressed to someone else, really bad customer service, never replied back. So I stand by my review. 100% disappointed.
This company is illegally selling unregulated toys in the UK. They need investigating and shutting down ASAP.A family member picked out a gift for their young child, when it arrived we were shocked that it was all in Chinese and no EU safety stamp. Just received my order which was in a plastic bag. The result being yhr packaging is damaged, crushed and tattyHave sent photos to company and wating for a response. Will wait and see if they will replyCompany have emailed me 27/11 and offered 20% off for the damage as a gesture of good will which I have accepted. Now waiting to see if I will receive it before I give a better score
Avoid like the plague!What a load of rubbish! Paid £20.00 for something that wasn’t worth £1.00. The site showed something completely different to what arrived ! Don’t waste your money it’s a total scam! And if you get told to contact customer service don’t bother as no one replies!
Ordered a toy from these people it arrived broken, and damaged box etc. they only would give me a refund if I returned the item. Opened dispute in PayPal, still refused unless I return it at own expense (hmm am I stupid I don’t think so) it was already binned, as it was tatt! Beware!
Absolutely do not buy from this China based company who are deceiving UK buyers into thinking they are UK based. I ordered the LED drawing screen for my Granddaughter. Took weeks to deliver (as it was coming from China, not the UK). Delivered in a cheap plain cardboard box. The product has no CE mark anywhere on the product, which is a legal requirement for toys sold in the UK I believe. It shows the LED screen being used by a child on their website, but the single very, very small instruction leaflet says not suitable for infants or children. The 'toy' was poor quality, exposed wiring etc. This company needs to be investigated by Trading Standards for importing unsafe children's toys into the UK. I have now received a refund from my credit card provider. Avoid this company. The LED screen is not safe for a child to use and has ended up in the bin.
