Great experience and interaction with the Titan team

One of the product that I ordered was lost by UPS, they open a claim but in the meanwhile, after being in contact with the Titan customer care, Titan sent me a new product.Titan customer care was quick to respond and very satisfying to work with.In general it was a great experience.

I needed access to the assembly manual…

I needed access to the assembly manual for my new squat rack ans was unable to access it on the website. I sent a request for help to get the manual and in less than 24 hours I had it in my email! I am impressed by the attention of customer service and this was on a weekend day!!

I recently had an issue with delivery of my order from Titan Fitness. Not only did they own up to the mistake they fully refunded me and acted very promptly and professionally. This is the experience I have come to know and expect from Titan fitness. Not only did this make me feel a lot better but it restored my faith that there are still people and companies that truly care. So again thank you for your professional and timely response to resolve this matter. Shoutout to Jbille who I dealt with throughout this. Very positive and professional the entire time. I hope more people and companies will take note on how to treat customers from this organization and their employees.

Missing Key Parts - No Refund

I ordered scratch and dent for around 15-20% off retail price. I thought it was great they offered scratch and dent as I'm on a budget. In the order it mentioned that it could be missing "hardware". I thought, if it's missing a bolt, that's fine, I'll get one from Home Depot. When the order arrived it was missing almost all the nuts and bolts, the lockpin and practically half the structure. It was missing the main upright piece. I emailed them and they told me all sales are final, it warned you when you bought it. How on earth can they sell me something only 15-20% off that is missing half of the actual structure? Oh and you can't buy the missing parts anywhere. I literally paid hundreds of dollars for a pile of useless metal. Do not buy anything scratch and dent from them. Also, pay for the shipping insurance as they'll screw you over there too. In fact, it's just not worth your time, buy something from rogue instead.
