Worst fitness company in the history of fitness. Horrible customer service! Marion should be working as a day laborer and not in CS. Their products are absolutely trash. Cheap, Chinese made junk! There are so many other options available to build your home gym. Don’t waste your time with these clowns, trust me!

If I could give Titan Fitness zero stars, I would. This company is a disaster regarding customer service, product quality, and essential accountability.My Nightmare Experience with Titan Fitness:📦 12/29/24 – Ordered the Plate-Loaded Functional Trainer ($888.51, Order #1813744189).📦 1/5/25 – It arrived with no shipping notification.❌ 1/8/25 – Missing critical parts (13, 14, 17, 19). Contacted Titan Fitness—was told another box should arrive. I had already received both boxes.❌ 1/9/25 – Followed up via email (Ticket #2355339). No response.📞 1/10/25 – Spoke with customer service. They confirmed the missing parts were out of stock but did not explain why the product was shipped incomplete. Replacement order (#SO0000123290) was placed.📦 1/17/25 – Received one missing part (#19).📦 1/19/25 – Received parts 13 and 14, but only HALF of what was needed. I spoke to another rep, who promised the remaining pieces.📞 1/21/25 – Called AGAIN. I am still missing part 17 and the complete parts 13 and 14. I was told to "wait another day."🚨 1/22/25 – Fed up, I requested a full refund. Titan promised a return shipping label but only sent a packing slip—NO label. Emailed them immediately. No response.📞 1/23/25 – Called yet again. I was told the return label would arrive in 24-48 hours. It didn’t.📞 1/27/25 – Called to check on the return label. Was told it was still "being investigated" but assured I was within the 30-day return window.📞 2/3/25 – Called again. Rep needed to "speak to a supervisor," put me on hold for 45 minutes, then HUNG UP ON ME. I called back, waited another 25 minutes, and got the runaround yet again.Titan Fitness Wasted Over 10 Hours of My Time🔴 Expect HOUR-LONG hold times to reach a rep.🔴 Callbacks don’t happen—you have to sit on hold for an average of 56 minutes.🔴 I never received a complete product.🔴 I never received all the missing parts.🔴 I never received a return shipping label.🔴 I never received a refund.Final Verdict: NEVER Buy from Titan Fitness!I have no choice but to dispute the charge with my credit card company since Titan Fitness refuses to honor its return process. I think the equipment is good quality and that is why I have placed many orders over the years. But the customer service and return policies have gone down hill. Sending the wrong bolts with orders then telling you they don't have the correct ones and to go buy my own. I tried returning a few items through their online process which they recommend, and after it took three weeks to get a response they told me it was past the 30 days and they couldn't return. Well if their online process worked it would have been well within 30 days. With so many competitors, find a company who respects you as a customer and provides appropriate customer service.
