My experience this morning was very lovely and extremely helpful. I dealt with Jennifer and she was very friendly and efficient. It was an extreme pleasure to have her assist me with my problem I was having and very very helpful. She answered all my questions and took the time to help me understand how to correct the problem I was finding myself having. She went above and beyond and took me theough extra steps in helping me to solve my problems. Thank you so kindly Jennifer. I wish all customer services inquiries were all dealt with my experience I had with you. :) 100 out of 10.
If i could give it a Zero i would.Allowed me to login to put a deposit but once the $$ was deposited, I couldn't login again. Customer support was the worst!!!Told them to refund my money and was told that they can't refund it until I speak with another support staff... SHADY AF.
I'm giving this casino 3 stars. Mostly for their wonderful support staff through chat and email. Tony and Jayco have both been so kind and understanding as my account has been waiting at least 7 days to be verified, so I can withdrawal my money. Was able to withdrawal 3x with no issues and on the 4th.. $150 they blocked my acct and that started the very difficult verifying process. I'll admit the issue started with me and the documents I sent in however I was able to verbally speak to someone who made sure all departments were updated to my case. I've been told since yesterday that it's all good they just need to update the system and reassured me I was priority... but how does that final process take over 24hrs.. how is that priority?? And there's no way to directly talk to specific departments. In terms of platform and bonuses.i play on a lot of sites and they do have probably one of the more diverse game choices and definitely lots of easy to earn bonuses.Common Tooniebet... help me out!
I got 170 in coins from the money I deposited, that is equivalent to $30 I had to wagers 30x which work out to be $1200 all of my winnings goes into bonus. I was limited to $7.20 a bet i won $2500 after reaching the wagering amount I was left with $1600 plus they took 1500 and get me $150 dollars I’m in shock I played on many other casino app never had I experienced anything like this 😭😭😭😭.
