First online casino I've seen that's extremely transparent about their slot's RTP and it reflects in game-play (unlike some other shady casinos). Their loyalty program is also great. Fine print scammers. I asked to have my account closed as the odds are the worst I've encountered in an online casino. They offered me $70 retention bonus with 40x wagering requirement. I fell for it. Just so happen to win $3000 on this retention bonus (goes to show how they manipulate the digital slots) played for hours to make the wagering requirement. $2500 and then all but $300 disappeared. Turns out, on Bonus there is a max payout percentage if you win anything on a bonus. (In the fine print of course) Stay away from this Casino.
scammers…when I started playing I click verification to know if there’s something I mis that I uploaded now it says there nothing verify with you now deposited 100$and get a bonus I had luck I wager the bonus ad become 1900 when I withdraw they block and start asking verification now I uploaded what I have but they still keep on asking documents until I have nothing to show…why they did not ask that when I did not yet deposit now my money my winnings I can not get it anymore because of luck of documents this guys they are smart….they must verify first if one player is eligible and not allow if not eligible ….if you are loosing I’m sure they are not verifying until you win and if you have nothing to show sorry your money gone even the one that you depoited….this guys they trick and it’s not far with scammers…be aware here must complete verification first deposit…

Asking for verification, which is fine. Problem is they want pictures of a card I haven't had in over a year. So now I have to contact my bank just to get proof I no longer have that card. Jumping trough hoops. Horrible customer service. Took over 36 hours after withdrawal request for them to even contact about verification.
