Its been days since they deny my withdrawals and they limit them to 750$ a day which I’ve never seen that at any other casinos but they also find excuses to not approve my verification documents when I’ve always provided these documents anywhere else with no issues. These scammers owe me 8.6k, and it’s not like I only played the welcome bonus, I deposited 600$ lost it and also deposited another 435$ that btw didn’t appear on my casino account and that i’m trying to get back into my bank account so avoid at all cost its just trouble from begining to end, its not a serious company, if they end up paying me I will edit this review to say how long and what it took to do it
Insane withdrawl wait times , they make you jump through hoops in order to recieve a withdrawl from them . This is the only website ive used where this has happened to me. my withdrawl has been processing for 5 full days and i honestly dont think ill be recieving that money . I keep getting told that its been escalated to the relavent team but im pretty sure theyre just saying that and not doing anything about it . I would stay far away from toonie bet and i wish i would of read the reviews before hand before signing up . Anybody thats done a 5 star review has to be a bot controlled by the company because theres no way they have had a positive experience
They denied me my free spins that were supposed to be part of my welcome bonus.I deposited $10 not knowing that you have to deposit $30 in order to qualify. So when I didn't get my free spins because I only deposited $10 I then deposited $30 in order to qualify but was told after I did that it's now to late. When I called customer service I got nowhere. I'm beyond baffled by all the good reviews I've read. My experience thus far has been unbelievable to say the least. I opted to withdraw the 60$ to see how the withdrawal process worked. It's been two weeks and I'm now convinced I will not be receiving it. I be jumped through hoops with all the documents needed to prove I am who I say I am. The banking documents alone are an invasion of my privacy. You cannot alter a single thing..they need to see it all? My licence, documents that show my address...all have been sent. Now they want a marriage licence? What in the world does that do to prove my existence? Well you cannot send such document if your not married. They can keep the 60$ as it will not make or break me. But I can assure you I will not use tooniebet ever again. RESPONSE @ Toonie bet.I can promise you I was asked for my marriage licenced as I still use my old banking account that my ex and I shared years ago. His last name doesn't match mine..hence why they asked. My thought on strick regulation before withdrawal....should be the same strict regulations BEFORE making thus deposits!!
