I'm beyond baffled by all the good reviews I've read. My experience thus far has been unbelievable to say the least. I opted to withdraw the 60$ to see how the withdrawal process worked. It's been two weeks and I'm now convinced I will not be receiving it. I be jumped through hoops with all the documents needed to prove I am who I say I am. The banking documents alone are an invasion of my privacy. You cannot alter a single thing..they need to see it all? My licence, documents that show my address...all have been sent. Now they want a marriage licence? What in the world does that do to prove my existence? Well you cannot send such document if your not married. They can keep the 60$ as it will not make or break me. But I can assure you I will not use tooniebet ever again. Worst site ever stay away!! They give you promotions like deposit $30 get 200 free spins however whatever you win you have to wager 40x back so example today I won $791 which means I have to wager back over 30k in order to withdraw anything its impossible!! Obviously don’t use the bonuses. but it was pretty funny when I got a “location check” that kicked me out of a casino hold em room, only to come back and see that my bets were erased. Anyone want to wonder what the hand was ? Pocket aces. Would have only won like 100$ or something but I couldn’t stop laughing at how ridiculous it was. Never before have I got any type of location check that voided my bets, or even one that kicked me out of a room. Glad they showed me what they were about early on and closed my account. If they will cheat me out of 100$. They will cheat you out of more. I don’t recommend this casino at all.
They use same software as bankonbet. you are not getting paid right on time. They are same crooks like others. I’ve excluded myself for 5 years from this site. I don’t want any more headaches when it comes to widthdrawl my winnings. Stay away from this site
Much like many of the other complaints their bonuses are garbage. I deposited $100s and never hit anything on my own money. The two times I actually had wins were on a "bonus" reward, and bonus "Cash". I hit a $3500 win, they only paid out $65, the other I won over $800 and was only given $45. I would avoid this site at all costs.
