⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If 10 stars were an option, I’d give it!Exceptional service from start to finish. The team were incredibly helpful, actually answered the phone (rare these days!), and guided me through everything with genuine care.I accidentally dropped and broke a few tiles after delivery, and without hesitation they sent out replacements completely free of charge. That level of customer service is almost unheard of.The quality of the tiles is top-notch, and the delivery was next-day with extra secure packaging to make sure nothing got damaged.A brilliant company to deal with – honest, reliable, and truly customer-focused. Highly recommend to anyone!
The first order I placed with them arrived on time (ordered through B&Q). Last week I ordered more of the same tiles, again through B&Q. Delivery was supposed to be Monday between 16.05 and 17.05. There was three of us in the house and yet at 16.39 they apparently tried to deliver! They left no card!! Rearranged for Tuesday and then Wednesday as they simply do not come! My builder has had to leave the job because he can’t do any more until the tiles arrive so they’ve now cost me time AND money! Can’t get to speak to anyone at Dhl, Top ceramics customer service is clueless and now I’ve just been cut off by B&Q after waiting 45 minutes on hold. I’m not sure which one of the three is worst but I will think twice before I use top ceramics again. Beware of B&Q marketplace too and it goes without saying that Dhl are a waste of time!!! Shocking!
I had a fantastic experience with Amazing Tiles and Grout- fugabella. The quality of the tiles is truly top-notch—durable, stylish, and exactly what I was looking for. I ordered the vintage green metro tiles for my new bathroom and I absolutely love them! Great value for such luxurious and stylish tiles. My guests say I now have a boutique hotel bathroom 😁 The team at Top Ceramics were really easy and efficient to deal with, and very personal. They wished me luck with my project. Highly recommend. I’ll be back for some kitchen tiles.
Absolutely amazing customer service! I was called when they didn’t have my original order but offered similar alternatives. Then when my tiler needed a few more packs last minute, I was able to collect them. Without the staff, I don’t know what I would have done. My tiles look absolutely beautiful and on top of that I actually prefer the alternatives to my original order. Would recommend to anyone.
Customer support is shockingWe spent in excess of £2k on what we thought were really good quality tiles after buying a sample. Once we received delivery, we discovered damaged boxes and cracked tiles. As per their conditions, you have to reach out within 48 hours of the damage of which we did, I sent photos of every tile that was damaged, and have heard nothing from them in 3 weeks. I have tried to contact them via Facebook, Email, Messenger online chat, and phone, their phone cuts out after the options to tell you that someone will be with you shortly, and radio silence from any kind of written emails and messages.
We finally found the tiles after many hours of searching and are not disappointed. We had to wait a few weeks for the shipment and when delivered the driver was excellent. We have messaged the company to thank him for his friendliness and help. The tiles were well packed and don’t look to be damaged.
