Good customers service

Beware

Beware : web site is not maintained . You think you’ve bought something ,looked at the picture , however a different product turns up. You try return it , they then blame you for ordering the wrong item,therefore they are not responsible for the return . Rude and unhelpful on email. So you ring for which they charge 7p a minute - I spent £5 waiting for them to answer Alas, I need to drive to where to return the incorrect radiator !?? though it’s not clear where from the web site .

From the beginning your sales agent James was very helpful and did a good job in getting me the things I needed. He also offered more assistance when my plumber pulled out from doing the job. However the new plumber I employed worked it out and had the job done in three hours, so I did not have to call on James for futher help. You have a good employee in James so don,t lose him.

Easy order process and good customer service

The order process was very easy. I rang ahead to make sure the item (which was nearly £1k) was in stock and they confirmed it was. Unfortunately the first delivery was lost but TradePlumbing quickly solved the issue and had a second delivery out next day. Very happy with the service.
