Review Time
Bought an expensive bath which was never delivered (said when buying delivery would be 5-7 days). When I emailed they initially gave excuses about the delay then ignored me. Went through my card provider to get money back, they said to my card provider they delivered the bath to try avoid it being refunded. Luckily had emails from them with excuses about delay in delivery after the date they said they delivered it. Would very very strongly advise to avoid! The fact they ignored me then lied about delivery to the card company indicates a scam to me rather than a genuine delay/misunderstanding. I paid in May and it has taken till now to get money back due to their lies (and got it back solely due to the bank, not them).
Still awaiting delivery from 20th March, customer service first said they forgot about it after 7 days and said will be sent first thing this was the 27th March, then phone on 1st asking for update and said should be here shortly. Phoned today 3rd April for update or email to see if been sent and said it’s been lost by delivery company and will send another today.Starting to think they didn’t even have in stock or are just that useless they don’t know what’s going on themselves. “Express delivery” 1-2 days it said. This is now pushing back trades on a home Reno.
Ordered items for a shower room, was informed immediately that some items were out of stock and there would be a delay, was informed by voicemail and email. Items received by haulage company, seamless arrangement to arrange delivery. Shower is now on place, not fully working , but quality appears really good in comparison to bathroom cabinets which we have on main bathroom.Also added bonus of getting 10% discount via blue light card
My experience with Trade Plumbing has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Their lack of responsiveness and unwillingness to address my complaint has left me with a DAMAGED radiator and a very negative impression of their company. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with Trade Plumbing, as their customer service is severely lacking.FIRST they gave me the wrong radiator because they didn't have the correct one In stock so they sent me the wrong one to buy some time while they got it in stock.#Conniving company #Thief's
