I have been considering surgery for sometime now , but having had several consultations elsewhere I was put off with how pushy they had been.
So my friend recommended Transform, telling me how well looked after she had been and how thrilled she was with her results.
So from my first introduction to my patient advisor Barbara Welch I was immediately put at ease and given really informative information more than anyone else I had spoken with I almost felt that I was speaking to a friend, since then she has been with me every step of the way, even checking how I was feeling after my surgery which was even her day off. My surgery went so well all the nursing staff could not have done any more for me . Thanks lastly to my surgeon Mr Elamari whom has given me back my confidence back , so glad I came to Transform

My surgeon Mr Samouris was excellent- listened to what I wanted pre- op and explained and advised everything thoroughly. Very friendly, approachable and professional. Would totally recommend him for your surgery.
Have been followed up by the team to make sure I understood everything and post surgery had the surgical team and nurse in contact regularly to check on me.
Would recommend Transform everytime to anyone thinking of wanting surgery.

I have NEVER engaged with this service. Not once. Yet they relentlessly send me messages without fail. I have requested numerous times for them to stop, but they choose to ignore my requests. This behavior is unacceptable, unprofessional, and feels like harassment. If this is how they treat individuals who aren’t even clients, I can only imagine how they treat those who are. I strongly advise steering clear of this service. They show no regard for consent, privacy, or basic human decency.
Overall, my experience was quite positive, though there were a few aspects that could use improvement. The consultant and his surgical team were excellent, from my initial appointment through to the day of the operation. However, I did face some challenges along the way. Initially, the representative assigned to assist me was unresponsive for four days, eventually reaching out to say she was unable to manage her workload and that her manager would take over my case. I spoke with her manager several times, but it was difficult to reach her. She mentioned that I would be contacted regarding my operation date, supposedly set for December 27th. When I received no further communication, I assumed there had been a change. I was awakened by a call around 8 am asking where I was, as I was expected at 7:30 am. I quickly got ready and arranged transport to the hospital, which is about an hour and a half away. I later received a text from the medical team stating an appointment had been scheduled for the following Monday (December 29th). Upon my arrival, the staff were very efficient, and everything proceeded as planned. The care I received on the day of the operation was outstanding. I also had a follow-up with a nurse this week for a wound review, and she was very pleasant, confirming that everything was healing well. So, while my overall care was good, there are definitely areas for improvement.
I underwent a breast reduction on November 5th and stayed overnight at the hospital. I experienced some breathing issues, and the nursing staff monitored me throughout the night due to my oxygen levels. When I inquired about the surgery's outcome, I was told they were unsure and advised to ask the surgeon during my six-week follow-up. Unfortunately, my healing process was poor, requiring two rounds of antibiotics from my local doctor and a locum at the clinic. I called numerous times to see my surgeon but only managed to speak with a nurse, despite sending photos of my condition. When it came time for my six-week check, I received conflicting dates and had to persistently call to confirm an appointment. The aftercare team provided numerous excuses. I finally received a date and time to see my surgeon, only to be called about an hour and a half before my appointment to confirm my attendance. After driving over an hour to the clinic with ongoing issues, I was met by a nurse who informed me that the surgeon had left for the day. I left feeling very frustrated. The aftercare team later called with more excuses and suggested a video call, which I declined, insisting on a face-to-face meeting. The following day, I received an apologetic call and was offered an appointment in January, which I accepted, as I still had an infection and needed reassurance. They promised to check with the surgeon about my condition and set a date for January, but I am still waiting. I truly appreciate the nurses who assisted me, but I am left wondering if I will ever see the surgeon to discuss my surgery.
My experience with the pre-op team, especially the representatives, was outstanding as they were always willing to assist and responded promptly. The nursing staff were fantastic and incredibly attentive. Post-operative care has also been good, with regular follow-up calls. However, I did find the communication with the surgeon before the operation lacking; I had only one consultation and did not receive any documentation from it. I understand that surgeons have busy schedules, but it would be reassuring to have the option to connect with your surgeon again before the surgery day to address any concerns or changes.
My first interaction with the service was very positive; the representative was thorough and made me feel comfortable. However, after scheduling my appointment and processing the initial payment, everything changed. I learned that my procedure would not be conducted at my chosen hospital but rather three hours away. We accepted this due to the payment and were offered an earlier date. I quickly realized this organization operates more like a broker without its own facilities. The hospital staff were excellent and assured me that I could proceed. However, I sensed communication issues during my visit. After a week without updates, I emailed (as my calls went unanswered) and occasionally received vague responses. Eventually, I was given a date with only five days' notice, which was manageable, so we booked a hotel. The next communication came late the evening before our trip, stating that the procedure was canceled due to a lack of an implant, which obviously left us financially impacted. After considerable follow-up, a new date was set three weeks later, and that went ahead. I cannot fault the hospital, but I was the last patient they were seeing through this service, as they had ended their association. I returned home the next day, but unfortunately did not receive the promised toilet raiser, as the hospital claimed there was no agreement. The contract also stated that a nurse would call 48 hours post-procedure, but after a week, I still hadn’t received a call. I left messages and sent emails to the service without any replies. This treatment is both disappointing and unacceptable for a company that charges for a significant private procedure and then leaves you without support. Fortunately, my GP is stepping in to assist me due to some ongoing issues. If I do not receive a satisfactory resolution from the service soon, I will consider taking further action.
From the moment we reached out to the service, everything was seamless. The telephone consultation with the representative was excellent, and she organized all appointments while being available for any questions we had. I even consulted her about aftercare, and scheduling was handled effortlessly at our nearest clinic. I cannot thank the representative and the team enough for all their assistance.
I am left with a permanent scar and a twisted nose due to the procedure. They promised to fix it and even scheduled a revision appointment, but then claimed they lost my medical records. They have not responded to my request for information. I have been ghosted for three years, making it impossible to pursue legal action. I have dated photos from the day my cast was removed, which show the surgical mistakes—poor planning and an incorrectly applied cast that caused significant issues.
