The very confidential and important documents I sent on line for the translation job were never translated, it took many weeks and lots of messages in whasapp and by email, back and forth from different agents who probably are all working remotely and don't communicate between each others, I had to repeat the same request many times.They seem to ask me the same questions about what I want and the billing was way above what the website shows when checking out, the experience was very negative and misleading.Then at some point some agent sent me a message asking me if I can be an agent and make money out of the scheme, I was shocked and could not believe it.They are here for the money without giving any real service.The translation is completely lost between translators and it took them many requests to refund me.
The so called "professional translation" almost made me get rejected from an university. They messed up my student ID thus causing the document to be completely invalid; I found this out myself.There were also inconsistencies with the translation: the same exam was translated in two different ways.
At first I was unsure about their service. But I gave it a try anyway and was suprised the quality of work I received. Even though I uploaded my document on Saturday night, the final work was completed on Sunday afternoon.All I can say is thank you Translayte and keep up the good work.
This is honestly the worst translator I’ve ever dealt with. I sent them a simple Russian document—two pages—and it took them two weeks to produce something that’s still full of mistakes. They ignored my comments, ignored my revision notes, and no matter how many times I pointed out issues—over 90 messages—the translation is still a mess. And after all that, they have the nerve to refuse a refund. Completely unacceptable and unbelievably unprofessional.
They confirmed that they could do a sworn translation to Brazilian Portuguese that would be accepted by official government organisms in Brazil. I even asked to confirm for the specific organism and they did.They DO NOT have sworn translation services for Brazil (Brazil government is very picky about how this is done).They delivered something I couldn't use and I had to recur to TrustPilot to have my case attended since I was told the mistake was mine for hiring the wrong service (although I had received a custom offer).In the end, they did provide a refund.
