I initially order 1 copy of the translation. I realized I needed two copies. I called and asked to change the order. The person answering the phone assured me that would be done. Nope! Only received one!I requested URGENT delivery. Nope...from the time of order on 14 Jan to delivery on 20 Jan was unacceptable. Particularly because most of the delay was caused by the delivery service you use USPS!
