Our recent holiday in Egypt was an excellent experience particularly due to the expertise of our guide Dodi. He is extremely knowledgeable about the history & culture of the country as well as being an expert in managing a relatively large group of people. The Travel Department's itinerary was very interesting with the right mix of cultural activities and free time. I have no hesitation in recommending this holiday to others seeking a great holiday outside Europe without having to go on a long haul trip.
Our guide was super Andrea- and all was well in general good -fish fur example was dried up by the time we got to dinner -u think we had a later time to dine that others.. so food in general was fine.. would have preferred a paper ticket fur the airport -and I know the trend is going ticketless but it’s more stressful for us seniors having to rely on phones etc… please tell me there is another way - also I think the single room supplement will play a role in our planning another group trip going forward - it is definitely becoming too expensive for us single ladies … there it is girls - the honest truth.. Great food,variety,tea and coffee wiith evening meal.Homely atmoshere in hotel.Staff helpful and friendly.Suggestion for guides,less information better and describe a place when in view or having arrived there.
A well organised and well researched extensive tour of China, with a superb, highly experienced and knowledgeable tour guide, Richard Huo. Cannot recommend enough to anyone considering exploring the wonderful sights of China. We will remember it forever.

He was fantastic - was so knowledgeable about every location, had such passion for his country and it's amazing history and heritage and had excellent logistics skills.
