Worst booking site imaginable.They can’t even tell whether the flight connection is self-transfer or not.On a trip with a layover, the first leg includes a checked bag but no cabin bag, and the second leg includes a cabin bag but no checked luggage...I’ve been waiting for days to get an answer about how to add the missing baggage and what the fees would be—still no clear response.It’s extremely frustrating, especially knowing that if it’s a self-transfer, one hour would never be enough to collect baggage and check in again.They offer risky flight combinations...Avoid at all costs.
Overall good experience. Although the agents on the phone were not of great help, Miss Adriiana Lopéz was very kind and very helpful via the e-mail customer service of the agency ! I got an answer within 30minutes. Thank you Adriiana ! Regards.

Leur seule communication est une série de réponses creuses affirmant que le « dossier est en cours », une tactique claire pour gagner du temps. Ils refusent d'effectuer le remboursement nous avons droit.Je suis impressionné par ce niveau d'irresponsabilité et de mépris pour leurs clients. Je réitère mon avertissement le plus ferme : n'achetez sous aucun prétexte vos billets sur cette plateforme. En cas de problème, attendez-vous à un silence radio et à un refus pur et simple d'assumer leurs fautes. Their only communication is a series of hollow responses claiming the "file is in process," a clear tactic to stall for time. They refuse to issue the refund we are entitled to.I am astonished by this level of irresponsibility and contempt for their customers. I reiterate my strongest warning: do not, under any circumstances, purchase your tickets through this platform. Should an issue arise, expect complete radio silence and a straightforward refusal to take responsibility for their faults. Zero refund received to date.
More then 6 days they used my money (blocked) it and didn’t make anything to unblock it. They said that they unblocked it but can’t provide any relevant documentation that I can show to my bank.UPD 02/08/2025 FYI: They still hold my money (since 25/07/2025)I have to write it here , because they didn’t answer to my mail, but here they always answer and just apologise, but their “sorry” doesn’t help to solve the problem.
