Efficient support in complicated flight cancellation

I had a real headache with the cancellation of 2 out of the 3 flights in my reservation, as the airline refused to update the information in their system. Although it took several months for the issue to be resolved and a communication by me part with the airline, TravelFrom was never the bottleneck, and their customer service via chat was efficient and correctly scheduled the flights according to my request.

Never received refund

I booked a ticket in November which I later canceled, and I still haven’t received my refund. They sent me a document confirming that the refund was processed, but I have not received the money.
