Hi, i was afraid when i saw some comments. But i have to admit that for the moment, everything is fine on my side. I have received the tickets fly without paying any surcharge. The help desk on chat was great. You can chat with a correspondant by waiting less than 3 minutes. I hope that i will not have any surprise until my fly. Thank you to Nataliia from the support team for her help.
They asked me to pay an additional 100€ on top of the total of 1200€ for the tickets because supposedly the price had increased between the purchase and the issuance of the tickets. I requested a refund the next day, which I received within the hour. The customer service was very responsive, I can't complain about it.
