Review Time
With the help from Maria, I have been able to book the most wonderful holiday in Thailand in January 2026, Maria was extremely helpful and patient with me as I wanted everything to be perfect. I’d recommend Travelgates and definitely Maria as your in safe hands.
Where do I start with this company...after there mistake of booking us the wrong tickets for a football game they tried to blame there mistake on me....eventually after 10 days of me commenting and threatening legal action they agreed to refund me...They told me I would have the money in my bank within 7 days.....5 weeks later and its still not been paid fully....I dealt with Melanie who asked me very quickly after me booking to put up a good review about her.....which I did at the time but looking back I should not of been asked this...it should be optional...They told me this morning on there Facebook page I would have the money by the end of the week but txt me privately looking for bank statements when I said they had them...they blocked me.....I would not recommend this company to anyone. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SO BAD...ID advise people to book elsewhere
First time using this company- first time travelling on my own! Took a chance booking on line ....Dealt with a guy ( Noah Brown )Live in St Albans (Herts ) - flew from London Luton to Krakow on Wed 18th June 2025.- here till 25th June( included was a tour of Aushwitz-Birkenau ( extremely powerful / emotional ) Noah kept in touch via WhatsApp/ text e mail which I really appreciated considering first time as a solo traveler To.date my experience is going well - hopefully rest of the week continues well if so would definitely consider booking through this company again Welll.done Noah Brown 11/ 20
Just booked our holiday for Thailand in Novemer 25 and so far, I have only experienced 100% customer service and first class attention from Maria and Melanie. I'm so impressed, and we are just finalising our last stay in Phuket, as we wanted to make a last minute change, but they have been so good and accommodating, making sure we were happy. They have secured lovely hotels and a trip also plus, making sure that we were happy with the choices. So much looking forward to this trip.
