Tutoring...With A Twist is a tutoring agency located on Vancouver Island in western Canada. We have been using TutorCruncher for over 5 years. When the pandemic hit our communities in 2020, we needed to quickly shift from in-person tutoring to online tutoring. All of our business systems and processes needed to shift and TutorCruncher made that very easy for us. Any time we've had an issue their support has been there, and they continue to improve the platform. We'd highly recommend this TutorCruncher for small to medium sized tutoring businesses and agencies.
I love the ease of the system its really good to be able to see everything in one place ie. charge people etc.Id love if on the calendar tab, you had a way of seeing if the lesson was completed just by glancing at it and didnt have to open each one up etc
Our experience with Tutor Cruncher has been a good one. Antonio and Raashi have been great. There were a couple of minor things we needed clarification early on, but that was done in a quick and efficient manner. We have had no problems with using the software and have heard no complaints from parents. As the owner, it has saved me lots of time having to send invoices to parents. There are a couple of reports we would like to see and the team has been open to hearing about those.

The lesson confirmation, reminders, and reports are very helpful. On the accounting side, the tutors are able to see how much they are making with every tutoring session and they receive an email after they are paid. It makes accounting easier for the business owners as well. The parents and students really love the platform because it's customized for them. I greatly recommend Tutorcruncher.
